Description of the Brewster vacation home rental

Finicky renters please apply. Unwind and relax in this light filled contemporary 2 level home on the pond! Open family room/dining area/kitchen allow for great entertaining. Dine out on the deck or lower patio in this quiet tranquil setting. The first floor has 2 bed/2 baths. The lower finished level is full of windows with a walkout to the patio. It has a 3rd lg bedroom and full bath. Also a huge family room with TV, games and activites for the kids. A washer/dryer room is also adjacent.
Enjoy evening walks from the private cul de sac to town for dining or shopping, the beach is 1.2 miles away.
Enjoy fishing or boating on the pond, just walk down to the pond to launch your canoe or kayak or throw in a line. Schoolhouse pond is one of the best fishing spots in Brewster.
No pets or SMOKING allowed in or on the premises. This home was built in 1995 and has no musty cape smells!

Master has a brand new king bed, 2nd bedroom has a double and a twin. Brand new carpets also.
The lower level bedroom has a king and a twin bed.
A/C units in all bedrooms and a lg unit in the main familyroom.
Fully stocked kitchen, micro wave, bosch dishwasher, Weber grill for outdoor grilling. Outdoor shower, basketball hoop for the kids on the cul de sac.

Area Information

Want to fish or kayak? Try our 2 brand new kayaks on the pond and see the amazing fish. 12 varieties in all, the boats are easy enought for the kids to use and enjoy!

You can't miss out on Kate's Ice Cream for its amazing flavors and also fried food.
If you like to walk, you can head over to the Lemon Tree Shops and dining areas.

Stroll to town and visit the Brewster General Store or the many local shops and quaint dining areas.
Brewster has several large parks, the Cape Cod bike trail goes right through Brewster and numerous bayside beaches. Your kids will love to dig for sand dollars and large sea shells when the tide goes out.
You might just enjoy hrs of strolling the beaches when the tide is out for a peaceful and healthy activity.

Like to golf? Brewster has an amazing public course you won't want to miss.

Home away from home!

Right in the midst of everything, this home was just perfect for everything we wanted to do. The beaches are nearby, shopping and restaurants are nearby and yet we were in our own little world away from it all. Some of us just relaxed on the deck while others were busy catching fish from the pond. The weather was perfect too--would love to be able to come back someday and spend more time exploring the wonderful Cape.

What a week!!! The weather was gorgeous-the stick doesn't lie. We got ice cream at Smugglers in Dennis and treated ourselves to "fancy clancy's" one night. Bruce caught 7 fish and our youngest caught 8, even a lg mouth Bass. The snapping turtle made an appearance on the public dock.
