Description of the Brewster vacation home rental
Our home was remodeled this year with a new bathroom, bedroom and den upstairs. It is bright and sunny. The new bathroom has a beautiful high end shower. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to a fresh water beach with docks. It has a great open floor plan. 40 inch flat screen TV in living room and 32 inch flat screen TV in upstairs den. The kitchen opens to a large eating area with sky light and sliding door to large deck with patio table, umbrella & chairs. Lounge chairs for relaxing on the deck. Enclosed outdoor shower with lots of sun all day. Fenced back yard, great for the kids and playing lawn games. Washer/Dryer. Cable TV and DVD player. Wireless High Speed Internet. TV also in Master Bedroom. Neighborhood streets have little traffic, great for walking and biking. 1/2 mile to bike trail.

Area Information
Only 3/10ths mile (5 minute walk) to small private association fresh water beach, which includes swimming docks for great fun in the water. Our home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood with many small streets for biking and walking. From our home, ride your bike 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Bike Trail. The beautiful Brewster bay beaches are a 5 minute drive. The town ponds (Long Pond, Sheep Pond) are located 3 minutes away. There is lots to do in Brewster; fishing, hiking, biking and golfing. Rte 6A with its quaint shops and wonderful restaurants is 2 miles down the road.
