Description of the Brewster vacation home rental

Brewster: Spacious, bright, and comfortable 4BR/3BA home overlooking Upper Mill Pond. Views from almost every room. Balcony decks in the master and guest room upstairs are great for reading a book or relaxation. From the living/kitchen/downstairs guest room a large deck the entire length of the back has views of Upper Mill Pond and if lucky enjoy a Cape Cod sunset. A formal dining room, large sunken living room and extra sitting area make this a very spacious home. A great addition is the game room with pool table over the garage for maybe a rainy day or evening fun. Summer Rate: $2,900 per week in season.

Great Dog Friendly Vacation Home!

August 28, 2012

This home met all of my families expectations and needs! There were lots of great walking trails and ponds to hike with our dogs. The house was clean and neat, however we had a few ants, but the owner addessed this quickly. Front porch was awesome and accomidated all. Would highly recommed this house. Centrally located to great beaches, restaurants, and sights.
