Description of the Brewster vacation home rental

Our vacation property is located right on Route 124 in Brewster.

This oversized cape, is on a private, pine needled lot surrounded by a forest, but lots of sun still shines here! This home has two levels. The main floor houses a living room, two bedrooms, full bath, large kitchen and separate dining/porch area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twins. Both rooms have ample closet space, dressers, chairs, night tables, and lamps. The fireplaced living room is furnished with a sofa bed, writing desk, additional seating and other interesting antiques. The dining area is located in the adjacent four-season enclosed porch which is filled with windows and French doors that lead to the back deck. It is furnished with a table and six chairs and also several wicker seating pieces. The awning covered deck has a table and seating for six.

The lower level houses the third bedroom which includes a full size bed and the same amenities as the other two bedrooms. This room may be perfect for your teenager, grandparents or babysitter since it is separate from the main level and has its own entrance. The large family room has a full size sofa, loveseat, table, and TV/DVD/stereo. There are also lots of board games and playing cards so you should never be bored. There is also a second fireplace which is located on this level as well as the laundry area and its own entrance to the driveway.

The long, private drive will accommodate several cars & any other toys you may bring along (boat, jetski, motorcycle or trailer)

The public beach is a 5 minute drive and the Cape Cod Rail Trail and 2 freshwater ponds are within walking distance. Nearby is Route 6A, a true secret on Cape Cod where one can find antiques and shops offering local artistans ' wares. Great dining is just a few minutes away. Just a short drive will bring you to the National Seashore with miles of sand and waves for surfing on a good day.

Overall it's a nice place, the location is excellent. Lot is private and quiet and the mid-cape highway is very close for easy travel around the area. Would rent again if I returned to the area.
