Beautiful waterfront home faces west for magnificent sunsets off of the Metedaconk River. Large open floor plan with a play room for children also has a large flat screen television to add to your entertainment pleasure. The covered porch acts as an additional room to the house, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Metedeconk River, sunsets, read, eat and relax. First floor has one bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with the master bedroom having water view and large outdoor deck. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the basement floor. Outside there is a heated hot tub and a large grill. You can also enjoy fishing and crabbing off of the dock. Own a boat or jet ski? No problem. Bring them with you and put them on the lift or dock them along the 100 ft. dock. This home is just like a resort.
