Enjoy swimming, sailing, hiking & bike riding. 25 min from N.Conway, NH w/ all shopping outlets & 10 min fr 2 golf courses. Pets allowed for a fee. Comes w/canoe and 12ft boat. Deck is furnished w/gas grill. This is a year round cottage. Plan for the Fryeburg Fair. Skiing and snowmobile riding. A Great Vacation.

What a wonderful view from the living room area of this cottage! The leaves were changing and we used the canoe and row boat made available by the owners to paddle around the pond to view the sites! The cottage is located quite away from civilization. I think ten miles to Bridgeton. Long ride to get supplies. But loved the quiet and the beauty! Definitely plan to go back!
