On the Water! Cozy Cottage on Long Lake, Bridgton

This small cottage sits on one of the most pristine sandy beaches on Long Lake in southern Maine. The south facing sandy beach with gradual entry is perfect for families with small children. As an older cottage, it sits within 30' of the water with mature trees to provide some natural shade in the late afternoon. 40' boat dock, new gas grill and fire pit for campfires on the beach.

The cottage has two bedrooms- one with queen bed and the other with two twins. Bathroom with shower, kitchen with refrigerator, micro-wave, toaster and gas stove. Dining and family room area are combined with table, chairs and a couch. Beach side screen porch for coffee at sunrise.

This is a very simple small cottage, no TV, phone or internet. Excellent cell service.
