Description of the Brigantine vacation condo rental

Brigantine Beach is open for business! Come visit our newly Replenished Beach. We are better than ever.

Our spacious one bedroom Ocean Front Condo is located on 42nd St.South, in Cedar Sands Ocean Front Condominiums.

Located directly across from the condo, right outside your front door is a beautiful new built-in swimming pool, the nicest in the area.

Our 748 sq. foot condo is furnished with a size bed, along with a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The kitchen is a Full size kitchen and is equipped with a dishwasher and your own washer and dryer.

There are two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.

Additional amenities include:

Free High Speed Internet & HBO.

Telephone with Local and Long Distance Service (w/in the United States).

42" Plasma TV complete w/ Cable & On-Demand in the living room.

2 DVD player(s).

Bose Stereo System with CD player.

Everything is provided for you-including Linens, Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Tags(2) & Pool Tags.

Area Information

Brigantine is truly New Jersey's Best Kept Secret !!!

On Brigantine Beach Island, there is so much to do, such as: Sport Fishing, Surfing, Nature Walking, Boating and Four Wheeling. For Skiing, visit any one of the six Island Marinas. For Golf visit THE a public golf course that is a Scottish Link course, one of the finest in the area.

Atlantic City Casinos & Boardwalk 5 minutes away.

While on the Island be sure to visit Aversa's Bakery, to try their sticky buns and cheese danish (the best in the world). For breakfast visit the Pirates Den, "famous for their breakfast". The Rod and Reel, is known for their seafood blackboard specials and is open 24 hours.
A new favorite of mine is The Wine Cellar-Good Food, Good Drinks.

When visiting Brigantine explore the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, a private non-profit organization that works to rescue and rehabilitate marine mammals and sea turtles for eventual re-release into the wild.

relaxing week at the beach

This condo was clean, neat and spacious. Plenty of room to relax. A very short walk to the beautiful well-kept beach. Nice pool. Very quiet but accessible to AC and Ocean City boardwalk for nightlife. I enjoyed my stay and will return again next summer. Lovely condo.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend the last week of July with our Daughter at this lovely beach condo. The condo was fantastic. Big Screen Tv, Internet access, board games, crab traps, everything you can imagine. The owners, Tina and Kenny, have truly thought of everything to make for a comfortable, luxurious stay. Listing descriptions were accurate regarding location and amenities. The property was very clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone. The owners were very helpful answering any questions we had and giving information about the surrounding area. The beach was great and never crowded. The grounds of the complex were so quiet and peaceful. The pool was always relaxing and warm. We look forward in returning. Thank you very much... we think about our trip everymorning while having coffee !! LOL

Your unit was lovely….very comfortable and neat. Felt like we were at home immediately. The people at Cedar Sands are very friendly and were gracious toward us. This has not been our usual experience with condo rentals. We loved the location of your unit and spent much of our time at the pool. I really don’t remember the last time I was able to read a book from cover to cover. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation….your neighbors at Cedar Sands were right…the energy there is "magical".

A Great Brigantine experience

This was a perfect condo. Has everything you need just like it says in the ad. It was beautifully decorated. Had all upgrades with 42 inch TV which made movie watching fun. The master sweet was incredible and large. The king size bed made it really nice. It was convenient to be right at the beach. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool on our return. Being so close to Atlantic city for the restaurants was fun. Best mexican food you can find. Cant wait to do it again.
