Our spacious one bedroom Ocean Front Condo is located on 42nd St., in Cedar Sands Ocean Front Condominiums.
There's a beautiful new built-in swimming pool, the nicest in the area.
Our 748 sq. foot condo is furnished with a KING size bed, along with a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
The kitchen is a Full size kitchen and is equipped with a dishwasher and your own washer and dryer.
There are two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.
Additional amenties include:
Free High Speed Internet.
Telephone with Local and Long Distance Service (w/in the United States).
42" Plasma TV complete w/ Cable & On-Demand in the living room. HBO included
VCR and a DVD player.
Bose Stero System with CD player.
Everthing is provided for you-including Linens, Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Tags & Pool Tags.

On Brigantine Beach Island, there is so much to do, such as: Sport Fishing, Surfing, Nature Walking, Boating and Four Wheeling. For Sking, visit any one of the six Island Marinas. For Golf visit THE LINKS, a public golf course that is a Scottish Link course, one of the finest in the area.
Atlantic City Casinos & Boardwalk 5 minutes away.
While on the Island be sure to visit Aversos Bakery, to try thier sticky buns and cheese danish(the best in the world). For breakfast visit the Pirates Den, famous for thier breakfast. The Rod and Reel, is known for thier seafood blackboard specials and is open 24 hours.
When visiting Brigantine explore the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, a private non-profit organization that works to rescue and rehabilitate marine mamals and sea turtles for eventual re-release into the wild.

- Lodging Tax: 7%
- Deposits: $500.00 Deposit to reserve. Returned within 21 days of departure, less $75.00 cleaning fee(depending on the detail of the cleaning, the number of guests and the length of the stay-cleanig fee may be higher).
- Other Fees: Credit Cards accepted with a 2.5% convenience fee.

Great Vacation, August 29, 2009 beach rental, September 1, 2008 I have been meaning to write you since we got home. We had a great vacation. Your place was beautiful. My kids and Tom and I signed your guest book and I had to limit my kids on how much they wrote. They had so much fun. I wanted to thank you for sharing your place with us. Hope everything was okay when we left and hope the people who came after us had as good a time as we did! Everyone in the condominium complex was so friendly and helpful. You're lucky to have found that place and we defintley will be contacting you about staying next year!!
