Description of the Brigantine vacation condo rental

Beautiful one bedroom condo in an intimate 16 unit, 4 story building, on 6th Street. 3rd floor condo. Magnificent unobstructed views of beach and ocean from the balcony as well as the living room and kitchen. Quiet, peaceful, location. No streets to cross to the beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and church. We are very fortunate that the building and street did not sustain any damage from Hurricane Sandy. See our view at Brigantine Beach Live. Reserved parking space. Weekly rentals only from June 23 to Sept.22, Sat. to Sat. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

September 2012. We are new owners of unit 11 and have had a wonderful first season in Brigantine! The balcony is now the perfect spot for drinks and dinner, or morning coffee, as we have added a dining table with comfortable seating for 4. We have also added two loungers for reading or snoozing there as well. There is a TV and DVD in the bedroom as well as the living room, and a land line phone for your use for calls in the USA. There is also a computer and printer on the bedroom desk for your use.

April 2013. Our small redo has become major! We are still in process of installing a new kitchen, and other amenities. We look forward to our new look and hope to post pictures soon. If your week is booked, check our neighbor Joe's availability #1729, he's right next door with the same great view. We look forward to welcoming you to our slice of heaven in 2013!

Area Information

Brigantine is a small, quiet, family oriented island. Beautiful, clean, white sandy beaches, family restaurants, yet convenient to the Atlantic City Night Life, Shopping, and Casinos if you get bored with the tranquility
of Brigantine. We are two blocks fom the WAWA convenience store and CVS drug store and a short drive to the Acme Supermarket.
There is an assortment of restaurants and a liquor store on 10th street,
about four blocks away.
There are bike lanes to explore the Island, a bike rental two blocks away and, we have two bike racks in our parking lot. The library has all the national newspapers and an awesome selection of DVD's you can borrow. The golf course is a 5 minute drive away.
There is bus service to the casino's on the boardwalk, and it is about a $7.00 cab fare to the Borgata and Harrahs, our casinos on the bay,
If you would rather not drive in the evening.
The condo is a non-smoking unit and No Pets are allowed in the building
by rental tenants.

Wish we were still there !

This was my husband and my first time renting a vacation property and we could not have had a better experience ! I spent many hours looking through hundreds of properties and this one caught my attention. I'm so thankful it did because not only does it have a million dollar view right from your private balcony, the condo itself is a gem. I will never forget when we first opened the door to the condo and looked straight out to the ocean. Pictures and words really can't do the location of this property justice you just have to see it for yourself. We parked our car when we got there and were able to ride our bikes or walk everywhere! The island is very bicycle friendly with a bike path and restaurants and shops a few blocks away. We did take a taxi ride over to AC one night which was a lot of fun. Long days spent at the clean beach just steps from the condo, relaxing evenings with wine on the balcony watching the dolphins go by are things I am still daydreaming about ! The sunsets and view of AC at night are stunning. This condo is very clean with plenty of places to lounge, a very comfortable bed, and just really felt like home away from home. We cooked all of our own meals with ease as the kichen is well stocked with cookware and the dishwasher was a real treat making cooking enjoyable. Diane and Paul were so sweet, always available to answer any questions, and really have done an amazing job providing everything you will need to enjoy your stay ! We can't wait to go back ! Perfect Spot for Jersey Shore in September

We visited the condo in September and would highly recommend it. September is a great time to visit the Jersey Shore and this is the perfect place to stay. The weather is still warm and sunny but the humidity has gone. The condo is even better than the pictures show, very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. You can sit on the balcony for hours enjoying the beautiful ocean views, catching glimpses of the dolphins, watching the birds migrating, even spotting an occasional fox wandering through the dunes. The beautiful sandy beach is just a short walk away and much quieter than in the summer with the kids back at school. You can choose to relax and soak up the sun or walk for miles along the beach if you like to exercise. The ocean is very clean and still plenty warm enough to take a dip or try your hand at surfing. For more excitement, Atlantic City is just a short drive away with it's famous boardwalk, casinos, shows, restaurants and shopping. All in all, the perfect spot for an early fall vacation at the Jersey Shore!

Great Vacation !

We spent a week in the July 2012 -- my wife, myself, and our 2 daughters (27 and 14 years old). We had really great time! The condo was perfect for us -- very clean and accommodating. The place itself is great, especially for family stay. Very nice and quite beach, and ocean view from balcony is very nice indeed. Communication with Diane was exceptionally good ! Outstanding Views

Wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, recently updated, and very comfortable. The balcony was where we spent many hours. Wish I was still there! WiFi is available which made our stay much easier. Thanks Diane & Paul! Hope to be back next year!

33rd wedding anniversary on the beach

Can't say enough about how nice this condo is. Spacious, clean, and modern with a great setting. The deck overlooks a great expanse of prisitine beach that is away from the hustle and bustle. Down the elevator...25 yards...and you are walking through the dunes and onto the beach!!! And...the owner of condo was great to work with...and was interested in making sure the all was ok. The icing on the cake was Brigantine Island...beautiful, quiet and comfortable....and minutes away from Atlantic City. Go to Rod and Reel Restaurant and Tavern at North end and experience the locals.Great food, great prices

My friend and I stayed here last july. It was a great place to stay! We had a great time! The town is nice and traffic was minimal. Casinos ten minutes away also boardwalk. Lots to do and we had fun. Hopefully going again this summer!!!

I've been vacationing in Brigantine for the last 20 years. This was my best stay yet. This is a lovely condo with an awesome private balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable and Joan was very accommodating. Already making plans for my stay here next year! Definitely 5 stars!!

Nice ocean front condo with direct ocean front views of the beach and water. This year our extended family stayed in this condo, and we rented the condo next door. It is a wonderful studio, very comfortable, with the same outstanding views. The owners are very friendly. Had a GREAT time!
