Description of the Brigantine vacation home rental
Included are 3 TV's with cable, washer & dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, outside barbeque. The house is nicely decorated with all kitchen appliances. Off street parking and fenced yard. Available for summer and winter rental.
We are 1.3 blocks to one of the most pristine beaches in NJ, on our beach you can fly a kite, swim in the clean waters, build sandcastles, ride boogie boards or just relax and enjoy the view. Also, close to the house is an Acme grocery store playground, sport fields, Skate Park, tennis and bocce. If you like to fish just stop by one of the marina's and join a charter or rent a boat or catamaran yourself. Fine or Casual Dining is on the island. For the excitement of the gaming experience, shows and dining, Atlantic City casinos and famous boardwalk are a short drive away! Just over the bridge from Brigantine you will arrive at the exciting and most Las Vegas style casino the Borgata along with Golden Nugget and Harrah's Marina.

P.S. Brigantine is open for Businesses. Hurricane Sandy did cause some damage to brigantine, but the majority of the island is just fine and better then ever.
Area Information
I really enjoy Brigantine, it is very clean and has been through a modernization over the past 10 years which include newer homes and newer businesses. Brigantine is quiet shore town, many New Jerseyians never been there or even heard of it until hurricane Sandy. I think its New Jersey's best kept secret. Brigantine did get hit by Sandy and there was some loss, but the majority of the Island homes and businesses are intact. So come one over the water is fine. I especially like the south end of the island where our house is. The beach is wider and there is a nice view of Atlantic City. As I mentioned earlier Brigantine is a quiet town, but just over the bridge and five miles away is all the excitement and entertainment of Atlantic City.

Great vacation time in Brigantine

The house is in pristine conditions, very spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 5 adults, and everyone agreed in the good choice made. This house is full equipped both indoor and outdoor -a very nice backyard terrace with BBQ and a covered porch we thanked for it on occasional rains. It's a 10-15 min walk/ 3 min drive to the beach. The area is very quiet and relaxed, we parked the car and used the beach cart to take our chairs, umbrellas and cooler everyday. Brigantine is a surprisingly quiet, calm beach town. I would definitively recommend this house to friends.

Wonderful Family Vacation.

My husband, three young daughters, mom-in-law, and I stayed her for a long Labor Day weekend. We drove from Wisconsin and got there the day of the hurricane. It was a little windy, rainy and the beach was completely covered with water, but by the next morning you couldn't even tell there had been a storm at all. We had perfect weather the rest of the time. The beach is only a block and a half away, and it was private. Great restaurants and grocery stores are very close. Cute ice cream parlor nearby too. My daughters loved sitting on the porch to eat meals and perform their dances. The house was a little outdated, but very clean. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. We even called the last night to see if we could stay another night. (He said no problem!) Nightlife and activities are close enough to enjoy all day long, but far enough that when you come home it doesn't feel like the nightlife is still going on right outside your door. We definitely would love to come back and would recommend this place to everyone especially families!

We had a great weekend in this home. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed - from towels and bedding to everything in the kitchen. The owner was really helpful with any questions. The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time on the screened porch. It is obvious that the house is very loved and well-cared for by the owners. Thanks for a great weekend!

My fiance and I along with two other couples stayed at this cute, cozy house for a long weekend to celebrate his 30th Birthday. It was such a peaceful and relaxing environment. The casionos are only 10 minutes away and a block away are resteraunts and stores. The beach is in walking distance which was so beautiful! The owner was so nice and helpful and the property was well kept. I would stay again!!

My husband and I just loved this beach house! It is a lovely home a block and a half from the beach. Very charming front deck with a motorized awning to sit and enjoy an early morning breakfast or gorgeous summer evenings. The quaintness of the street reminded me of Mayberry, NC (the Andy Griffith Show). We have been staying on Brigantine for the past 3 years and we like this property the best. The owners are very nice and accomadating. We hope to enjoy another beautiful week there in summer 2009. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was the perfect fit for six of us wanting to be close to the beach, but not too far from the enjoyment of the casinos. We had a great time bar-b-queing, hanging out and enjoying Brigantine. The house was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here immensley. The owner was very friendly and helpful as far as getting places, giving directions and ideas on what to do while we were visiting.
