Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Deposits: 1/3 of total due at lease signing $250-$500 Refunable Security Deposit Required (depending on length of rental)
Other Fees: $90 Cleaning fee applies if you choose NOT to clean yourself at conclusion of rental period. Pets considered with with additional $150 rental fee plus $100 security deposit. Ask the owner.

Great Weekend Away, May 31, 2009

We rented this house for a couples weekend in Atlantic City. The house was clean and exactly as described online. The owner of the property made the key transacation super easy. There is a great deck off the living room and a patio area out back that we used. The beach is super close and the casino's are a short drive/cab ride away.

Took a group golfing for the weekend and we found the house in great condition with a fully outfitted kitchen. Thom (owner) was great to deal with and everything in the process was handled with professionalism right down to the follow-up a day after we left. Would certainly rent here again.

Nice house to spend holidays, June 24, 2008

The house is in beautiful shape and it is quite comfortable. It has everything one may need for a holiday. The beach is really close and the area is nice as well. Personally, I think it is great for when a family wanst to get together for a holiday. The loft is nice and provides extra space. Some things show some wear, but overall the place is great.
