• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday. One week minimum. No daily rates.
   
• Deposits: $1000 or one half rent whichever is less upon reserving unit. Plus security deposit. Remainder due 30 days prior to rental.
   
• Other Fees: $500 security deposit required

MY FAMILY'S WEEK SPENT AT THIS TOWNHOUSE WAS VERY ENJOYABLE. WE LIKED THE LOCATION NEAR TO AC & CAPE MAY. AS WE HAD A 2YR OLD THE BOOSTER CHAIR & THE FEW TOYS THERE WERE A PLUS. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL & WELL KEPT. REALLY LIKED THE OPENNESS OF THE FIRST FLOOR & THE VIEW WAS GREAT! OUR WEATHER WASN'T THE BEST, BUT WE HAD A GREAT TIME IN SPITE OF IT. WOULD LOVE TO RETURN. THANKS TO THE OWNERS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY AT THEIR TOWNHOUSE.

 

 Relaxing time, June 29, 2009

The property was very spacious and nice. Everything worked well. While the weather didn't cooperate, we still had a relaxing and fun time. Especially enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by and jump over the waves.
