Our beach house has two bedrooms and sleeps 4-8. There is a loft with two twin beds and a fold out couch. The home is very welcoming great open floor plan. A wood burning stove for a cozy or romantic evening. French doors lead to the wrap around deck with a propane BBQ for outdoor entertaining. Large beautiful window throughout the home bring in the beauty and peacefulness of the Hood Canal. Come Relax in the seclusion of this waterfront home. Bring the Family and your pet & a book to read. • Deposits: Regardless of length of Stay, Required deposit. $200.00-$100.00 dls of the deposit is non-refundable and shall be used for basic cleaning expenses, the remaining $100.00 is fully refundable within 14 days following the end of your rental period. All reservation will be guaranteed by check or credit card within 7 days prior to stay, along with a signed rental agreement/contract
   
• Other Fees: Pet deposit is required if applicable. An additional $30.00 cleaning fee for more then 6 guest per night. $50.00 booking fee $15.00 dlls rent fee for each additional person after 6.
