Heart of the Pemaquid Peninsula

Cozy cottage on the Pemaquid river in Bristol Maine. Fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast nook. Each bedroom has 1 queen sized bed. There is a queen futon in the living room to accommodate additional guests.Cell phone reception is excellent and we have wireless internet. I now live in an adjacent home. visitors will have access to fresh herbs and vegetables from my gardens on the property if they want to do thier own cooking. Boat landing that gives you access to the entire Pemaquid watershed is just across the street. Enjoy hours of kayaking canoeing and freshwater fishing. or take a dip in the old fashioned swimming hole. just a few yards down the street.This is an ideal place to stay if you are planning on day tripping to see other area local attractions.

Day trip to Monhegan Island on the Hardy Boat.See Boothbay Harbor and go hiking in the Camden Hills. Enjoy a picnic style lobster dinner at Muscongus Bay lobster in Round Pond Harbor.
