Located minutes from the East bay bike-path and the Warren river, walk distance to several restaurants and shops. Bristol RI is only 10 minutes away with Roger Williams College. Owners live in the building and run an Indonesian import store on the first floor called Summerwood. (kid friendly have 6 yr girl)
