We spent Christmas most enjoyably in this house. We agree with the superlatives from other reviewers. The large house, with two living areas, is big enough to spread out in. The two fireplaces add a cheerful glow and warmth in wintertime. The house is right on the water with large floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the view of the water. Furnishings are first rate -- not the dowdy beat-up kind one sometimes get in a rental. The house is close to needed shopping (grocery, drug store, etc.) and is convenient to the charming Bristol downtown with quaint streets, restaurants and the pleasant Aidan's Irish pub (with its huge portions of cheap but decent food). Finally, the owner and his son were extremely helpful, cheerful and courteous. All in all, highly recommended.

This house was an absolute treat. The inside was top of the line impressive with plenty of room, for anything that you can think of. I recently rented this house with a bunch of old college friends from a reunion down the street from RWU. There was 10 of us in total and the room in the house was more then enough. The yard itself was prefect to have a nice afternoon in, as well as being able to walk down to the water. The lay out of both floors of the house was prefect being very open, when the back deck also being right off the second floor. The views were just as gorgeous as the house on the inside. Well be trying to rent again and again in years to come, highly recommend this house and location for Bristol Vacationers!

This vacation house was even better than we expected! The house felt very spacious for our group of 7 (5 adults + 2 kids) with two family rooms, both with big screen TVs. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want and the owner was welcoming and very helpful. The location was great - 4 houses away from the association beach, down the street from downtown Bristol, and a 25 minute drive to Newport. We will definitely return again. Thank you Ben!
