Description of the Brookings vacation home rental

This spotless 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story, 2000 square ft. home is located in beautiful Brookings, Oregon the heart of America's Wild Rivers Coast. There are gorgeous views of Pelican Bay and the crescent shaped shoreline with miles of sandy beaches and rugged rock outcroppings. You can watch the sun and moon rise over the bay, see the pelicans and seagulls gliding over the water and even catch the gray whales as they make their journey through the deep blue waters. There is a large fenced yard and plenty of off street parking for cars, boats, RV's, etc.Inside the home you will find 2 Master Suites with brand new Queen beds, a 3rd Bedroom with 2 bunks and a Full size Sleeper in the upstairs living room. The 2nd story features a spacious living area with vaulted knotty pine ceiling, a wrap around sectional with flat screen TV, a wet bar and an entertainment table that looks out the bay windows over Pelican Bay. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room are located conveniently on the 1st floor. Just off the kitchen is the dining room and Breakfast Bar. The entire house is decorated in a Coastal motiff to put you right in the vacation mood.$175 per nite, $75 cleaning fee plus local room tax, 2 nite minimum please, sleeps 8 very comfortably, reserve 6 nites get one free!

Our group has traveled to Brookings, OR for three years in a row and stayed in different homes. This was by far, the best place we stayed. It was so welcoming and comfortable. They do an excellent job of keeping the place clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone without reservation.
