Description of the Brooklin vacation home rental
Don't wait on this one! We will only be renting Harbor Hill for '08 and '09. This is a lovely year round Cape Style Home overlooking Center Harbor. Very well furnished and very well equipped. Deck off kitchen overlooks harbor and islands. Also have a 19 ft. Cape Dory Typhoon for charter to qualified person @ $350 per week. House and boat can be rented together or separately. Great house to rent for the winter or a portion of. New insulation, windows and walls, to help on heating, etc.
Area Description
Quaint little coastal town which is home of Wooden Boat School and magazine. Within walking distance of library, P.O., great restaurant and general store.
