This is a spectacular Brooklyn Historic Brownstone apartment that has modern furnishings. The property consists of 1400 square feet of living space. Incredible original details, crown moldings throughout, the kitchen appliances are refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & stove. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom offers a full size bed, the third bedroom has a double sleeper futon, and the living room has a double sleeper futon. The master bedroom has a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
The apartment has WIFI.

Area Information

Ideally located for all. The apartment is a short walk from the main street of cafes and restaurants in Brooklyn. A five minute walk to the famous Brooklyn Flea Market, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Dance Center Mark Morris & Barclays Center Nets Stadium. Pratt School of Architect & Design is located one block from the property. Fort Greene Park is located just a few blocks away and you can play tennis, go for a walk or watching. We are located in downtown Brooklyn, where you can access the subway station a block away. We are also located very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and 30 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Fort Greene & Clinton Hill are historically amazing areas. The surrounding area is also historic districts and boasts some of the most beautiful architecture in the city.
