Brooklyn Historic Brownstone Neighborhood. This Fort Greene garden apartment offers one queen size bed, a double sleeper futon, and extra sleeping beds if needed. Modern furniture and cable & internet, backyard, stainless steel kitchen appliances & granite counter tops, marble bathroom w/jacuzzi tub. This neighborhood, just east of downtown Brooklyn, boast majestic brownstones, pre-Civil War frame houses, lively shopping areas, historic churches and world renowned cultural institutions. The property is 15 minutes to Downtown Manhattan.

Area Information

Ideally located for all. The apartment is a short walk from the main street of cafes and restaurants in Brooklyn. A five minute walk to the famous Brooklyn Flea Market, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Dance Center Mark Morris & Barclays Center Nets Stadium. Pratt School of Architect & Design is located one block from the property. Fort Greene Park is located just a few blocks away and you can play tennis, go for a walk or watching. We are located in downtown Brooklyn, where you can access the subway station a block away. We are also located very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and 30 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Fort Greene & Clinton Hill are historically amazing areas. The surrounding area is also historic districts and boasts some of the most beautiful architecture in the city.

"Lisa's kindess and willingness to meet our needs during our stay was second to none. We had a very nice visit and everything (subway, eateries, grocery stores, post office) were so convenient to the apartment and we found getting to Manhattan was very easy . The beds were very comfortable and we found the apartment very clean. The washer and dryer is a big asset. I felt safe walking the streets in the neighborhood and found people very friendly. Much better than being cramped in a Newe York hotel room. All the conveniences of being home, flatscreen tv, wireless internet . Enough linen, towels, dishes and space. I will stay again.
