Description of the Brooklyn vacation apartment rental
Large, clean, cute 1 bedroom, for week long (eight days, seven nights) sublet 3/10 - 3/17. Our apartment has a great mid-century modern aesthetic and is furnished with a queen size platform bed (with fantastic foam mattress), leather sofa, breakfast bar, long work table, shower with tub, wood floors, two empty closets for your use, and did we mention LOTS of space? We are incredibly clean folks and need our sublettors to be equally so. Seriously. Elevator building (corner unit on the 3rd floor), high speed wireless, gas stove, microwave, linens, all utilities in. $575 for the week. That's less than $83 nightly! So much better than a hotel! No pets, no smoking.
Deposit required and will be returned within 48 hours as long as things are clean and as we left them.
Area Description
You can't beat the location, in Prospect Park South, on the border of Prospect Heights, Kensington and Flatbush. Two blocks from Prospect Park, half a block from the Parade Grounds Sports Complex and just a block and a half from the B/Q express train off the Church Ave stop (25 minutes to Union Square). Grocery stores, bodegas, good food all within a few blocks.
