Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Residential building. Quiet hours are from 11pm-9am Using the rental apartment for a business is not permitted. Anything lost, missing or broken will be taken from the security deposit. Use of the address of the rental for mail may only be used during the duration of the stay.

Other Fees: $65 additional free per person for the 4th and 5th guest. This 2 bedroom rental has a sectional and an air mattress to accommodate a 4th and 5th guest.
