Spacious, beautiful house located in a very safe, quiet, residential area of Gravesend, Brooklyn with easy access to the Shops, Restaurants, Pharmacies and Avenue U Subway station and 30 min to Manhattan.

Two large bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen sized orthopedic bed.

Two excellent sofa beds are also available in the large living room. Property is very neat, clean, comfortable and is beautifully decorated. There is also a dining room, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen .

The apartment has hardwood and ceramic floors with access to the Patio with Barbecue Grill and garden.

Large Backyard Patio and Lawn has many beautiful roses as well as persimmon and fig trees.
