This amazing Three Bedroom Brownstone House offer stunning luxury details. The Brownstone has one bedroom with a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a double sleeper futon. The spacious living room offer a double sleeper sofa and double sleeper futon. The house has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, and all utensils.

Ideally located for all. The apartment is a short walk from the main street of cafes and restaurants in Brooklyn. A five minute walk to the famous Brooklyn Flea Market, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Dance Center Mark Morris & Barclays Center Nets Stadium. Pratt School of Architect & Design is located one block from the property. Fort Greene Park is located just a few blocks away and you can play tennis, go for a walk or watching. We are located in downtown Brooklyn, where you can access the subway station a block away. We are also located very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and 30 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Fort Greene & Clinton Hill are historically amazing areas. The surrounding area is also historic districts and boasts some of the most beautiful architecture in the city.
