Description of the Brownington vacation condo rental

Brand new 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo on 10 acres, located 20-30 minutes by car from both Jay Peak and Burke Mountain and also from the Canadian border. We also are only a few hundred feet from the VAST snowmobile trail system with beautiful views of the Willoughby Gap from the deck. Lake Willoughby, Lake Memphremagog and Lake Crystal are all within a 20-30 minute drive as well. The Kingdom Trails hiking/biking trails are also only about 30 minutes away. Two bedrooms on the first level sleep 4-5 in bunk beds (one with a futon) and queen size beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There are two sofa-beds and a cot. A porta-crib and queen size air mattress can be provided upon request.

We are located off I-91 at exit 26 in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. The Old Stone House Museum is a short walk up the street. The Perry Farm, a morgan horse breeding and training farm, borders our 10 acres. A great location for those who like to fish, hunt, bike/hike, ski, snowmobile, horseback ride or relax. Snowmobiles can be rented locally at Al's Powersport Rentals.

• Deposits: 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation and must be paid within 3 days of booking. The 50% balance remaining must be paid, in full, 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. The 9% lodging tax can be paid upon arrival or included with the final deposit check.

We had a great time at this property. It was very roomy for our family to come for dinner and had a great yard for the guys to play some outside games. We also enjoyed the use of the grill.
