Rent this beautiful 3BR/2BA furnished home in Paradise!! Located in the tropical River Bend community--a 5-star Resort with a world class 18-hole golf course.

Includes utilities, yardwork, satellite, big screen TV, washer and dryer, enclosed garage with room for your golf cart. At least one guest must be 55 years old or older and have no children for more than 1 month, per community covenants.

This home is located in the palm tree-lined River Bend Community on Sabine River Circle in Brownsville, Texas. The community backs to the beautiful Rio Grande River and is located minutes from South Padre Island and Mexico. All yard care and utilities are included. Kitchen is set-up for cooking. The beds are dressed with luxury sheets. Plenty of soft, thick towels are provided, and a full laundry is located in closet off the kitchen. There are 3BR and 2 BATHS, 1508 square feet with 2 walk-in closets and garden tub/ sep. shower in master. House is open floor plan with high ceilings, lots of windows with a view of the resaca (water), ceiling fans, ceramic tile, and berber carpeting. We are a NO pet and SMOKE FREE facility!

River Bend is located on the beautiful, historical Rio Grande River. The Rio Grande Valley is renowned for its climate, friendly people, and economical lifestyle. Plants and birds not seen elsewhere in the U.S. are common throughout River Bend Resort. River Bend also boasts an 18-hole championship golf course in an immaculately manicured setting.

River Bend guests also enjoy access to swimming pool and spa, large clubhouse, shuffleboard, tennis courts, party room, wifi, satellite TV, and numerous planned activities.

River Bend is located in Brownsville. South Padre Island is only 35 miles away with its pristene, white sandy beaches and blue waters. Enjoy deep sea fishing, take a boat ride, or go horseback riding on the beach.

Also, this area has such abundant nature and beauty that the State of Texas recently built the new Resaca de la Palma State Park less than a mile from the River Bend gate. This Park is now the largest tract of native habitat in the World Birding Center network.
