Description of the Brunswick vacation condo rental

Furnished 2bedroom/2 bath condo at $795. RENT by the month! The living and dining areas are spacious. The condo has a nice kitchen with full size appliances and a kitchen pantry. The laundry area has an oversized washer/dryer set. The window treatments consist of 2 inch wood blinds. The condo has fans at the bedrooms and living area. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have walk-in closets. There is a one-time $195 cleaning fee and additional fee for weekly housekeeping. Water, electric and cable are not included in the monthly rent and depending on season average about $150 per month. PETS are allowed and must be less than 40 pounds with a $125 non-refundable deposit per pet. NO SMOKING allowed inside condo.

Area Information

The condo is located in a nice, wooded and quite residential area. Also, the condo is less than a mile to Wal-Mart, the Colonial mall, the college, restaurants, hospital and 3 miles to FLETC. St. Simons Island and Jeykll Island are less than 9 miles away. Less than an hour from Jacksonville, Florida International airport or Savannah airport.
