We are currently accepting reservations for weeks during the winter of 2008-2009 and for long-term rentals after Apr. 1, 2008. Sorry, but Feb. 14 through Feb. 21, 2009 has alreaday been booked.

Apartment Elena is tastefully furnished with satellite TV in the living room/dining room, and has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the condo complex's private pool. An uncrowded 7-mile sandy beach is only 1 block away.

The low rental cost includes weekly maid service, pool/garden maintenance, off-the-street parking and the services of an on-call Rental Agent during your stay.

Area Description

Apartment Elena is 1 of 8 privately-owned security condos in the Villas del Sol Condo Complex. It is located on the far north side of a romantic small town called Bucerias, just 10 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The area is reminiscent of "Old Mexico", but it has many modern conveniences that you need such as award-winning restaurants, casual cafes, Internet studios, ATM machines and top-notch medical and dental professionals. Should you choose not to rent a car, taxis are inexpensive and the bus stop is 2 blocks away for low-cost public transportation.

A real plus is that the Complex is adjacent to a main road affording easy access to public transportation should you choose not to rent a car or take taxis.
