Description of the Bucerias vacation condo rental

This beautiful 3 bedroom Condo is located in Bucerias near the Decameron Resort. It comes fully equipped to make your vacation stay extremely comfortable. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will accommodate families as well as traveling couples. Magnificent pool area is second to none. The Mexican village of Bucerias offers all the amenities of the much larger Puerto Vallarta, without the crowds. The unbelievable sunsets can be viewed from the roof top palapa's at the complex or take a 5 minute walk to the stunning beaches of Banderas Bay. Buses and taxi's are readily available. Our Condo has been professionally decorated, it is equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home. The complex is located approximately 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport.

Area Information

Our Condo in Perla Del Mar (Ocean Pearl) is a short walk to the nicest beaches on the Bay of Banderas which is surrounded by the Mountains. There is approximately 7 miles of beach and an early morning stroll will give you the opportunity to watch the dolphins and whales swim close to shore.

we had a great time here and will do it again we did have a wee problem with the gate but it was rectified as soon as possible love the area and the people are very friendly

Our family of seven (one baby) recently enjoyed a relaxing week on the edge of Bucerias. The condo is a ten minute walk to the market area and 4 or 5 to the beach. There is a pool onsite but the water is a little cool at Christmas for my taste. The condo was clean and as described. Three good-sized bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area and a living room. There are two bathrooms, one an ensuite to the master bedroom and a full laundry facility. The complex is primarily occupied by "owners" who seem very interested in who is occupying rental units. This is not necessarily a bad thing as security seems to be their main concern.
