Description of the Bucerias vacation condo rental

We just purchased this condo in Diagonal Bay, a beautiful 12 unit building right on the water walking distance to central Bucerias. The building is only a couple of years old. We just put in all new furnishings, linens, coffee/tea maker -- you name it. We are short on art work at the moment, but we don't think you'll miss that when you have the Bay of Banderas right outside your deck. We have a large flat screen TV in the TV nook and another flat screen TV in the streetside bedroom. Both are connected to a DVD player; the nook TV is connected to satellite TV with many English stations. Internet access is available in the condo. We think you will find everything you need.

Our English speaking property manager will meet you at the condo, walk you through everything at the condo, and return to check you out at the end of your stay. Weekly housekeeping is included -- additional days of housekeeping are available for a small additional fee.

Area Information

Bucerias is a wonderful small,quiet Mexican beach town just north of Puerto Vallarta and south of Sayulita. Just the right mix for those of us who do not want to spend every night partying, want to eat out in nice restaurants, speak very little Spanish, and want to be able to visit the more bustling Puerto Vallarta not too far away but come home to a quiet place.

We have recently stayed at Nova, as recently as five days ago, to be precise, what a wonderful apartment, the owners have thought of everything, they have provided all the special touches that one likes to have on a beach holiday. You can walk in and all you have to do is buy a few basics from the nearby Mega such as eggs milk and juice. Great eateries in short walking distance the pool is lovely and enclosed in a very secure terrace. The owners are very friendly and helpful if you are lucky enough to be there when they are. We can't wait to return one of our best holidays ever and we are professional holiday goers! we also travelled 24 hours from Australia and it was worth every second of the flight. Diane
