Description of the Bucerias vacation home rental

This beautiful Mexican hacienda is located right on the beach in the charming town of Bucerias,just 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. A large front yard with coconut trees,bougainvillea and hibiscus plus a front porch patio. In the back are further plantings and a large pool with total privacy.
The view in the front is fantastic. Look out over the 20 mile wide Bay of Bandaras - sailboats, dolphins and an occasional whale. You are directly on the beach - walk out the front gate and onto the wide beach with up to 4 miles to walk in one direction and 2 miles in the other.
Full Kitchen, including new gas stove, microwave, new refrigerator, etc. Cooking utensils and Linens provided. Washer, Dryer, TV, books, games local guides etc. Cot and air mattresses for extra children. Pool & Beach chairs, floats & boogie boards.
The house is a well kept and nicely appointed Mexican hacienda (ranch house style) with 2 large living rooms 3 full size bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms. Wide doors give a very open and comfortable atmosphere. Complete privacy in all parts of the home, pool and yard.

Area Information

Bucerias is a charming town which is still 90% Mexican and very non-touristy. Local family run restaurants
are excellent and local food stores including a new supermarket carrying all the essentials. Puerto Vallarta is just 15 minutes away for gourmet restaurants, Sam’s, Cosco, cruise ships and all the tourist attractions.

On the Beach, full size home

We have stayed at may all inclusives in Puerto Vallarta and as well a few time shares. This home is absolutely stunning and was by far the best choice for our vacation. The view from the house of the ocean is like a postcard and it is very private and secure. The beach is just on the other side of the stone and brick wall and the nice part is that no one can see into the yard. We enjoyed sitting out on the beach and under the covered porch when it was hot and the pool area later in the day. If ever given the chance we would stay there in a heartbeat.
