Absolutely New Residence. Features 2Bedrooms and 1Bath luxurious Apartment at main level (2BR and 1BA at Upper Level) , located in secured community which features several different nationalities . Americans, Dutch, Canadian , Brits , Mexican and Greek . House is only 2blocks away from HWY-200 , short walk’s distance to all finest restaurants , sizzling night life , public transportation , antiques store and few blocks for spectacular beach area . Plenty of waters as our property is located at municipal waters and cistern for some back ups. Water Pressure for Showers. We have installed pressure tank which is settled at 65psi for fantastic showers.

Pool is 4ft deep al through out along with stairs on end , plenty of pool sides area to perfectly lounge in else covered patio area to chill with cold beer .

Kitchen is well maintained in beautiful Mexican Motif along with blue and yellow tiles at counters. High quality 36inch flat screened TV along with choice satellite, in case our guests have taken local activities and scenery.

Easy transportation at 2blcoks distance from La Cruz , Puerto Vallarta, Salulita, Marina and Punita Mita .

It was wonderful!!!

We had the most relaxing stay!! We had the lower unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need , the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the WIFI worked great. There was cable TV with English speaking channels. We ate our meals out on the covered patio (there is a bar-b-que too) and enjoyed just sitting out there reading or relaxing. The pool was just steps away for swimming. The privacy was great. Bucerias central (where the vendors and some the restaurantsare is within walking distance as is the Mega (the grocery store) However is your not into walking the bus stops about a block from the house. We were fortunate to be there when Deb and Wayne (the owners) were there, they went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect.
