Very nice home located in the most desirable neighborhood in Bucerias. Terralta Los Amores1 is well known subdivision in North Bucerias. Only two small blocks to the beach, about a 5 minute walk and just 7 small blocks to the center of town, Bucerias Plaza.
This beautiful home has all the amenities you expect from a home and more amenities than any other property in Bucerias.
In consideration for our guest to have a pleasant stay and a memorable vacation we have included the following amenities.

Powder Room located on 1st floor
Living room has 42" TV, stereo system, DVD,and VHS with 200 movies.
Dining area with with six chairs.
Upgraded kitchen cabinets with granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker, free coffee and some spices provided.
All rooms have Air Condition and ceiling fans
RATES Posted are for 2 to 6 guests adults and children included.
Two more guest can be accommodated for a total of 8 maximum, extra charge applies.
NO Clean up fee but house must be reasonable clean and all dish ware must be clean. BBQ Grill must be clean.

Terralta Los Amores has two swimming pools with palapa club house, from main club house there are awesome views of the mountains and ocean.
Security gate with 24/7 security. In the entrance to the community you will find a commercial strip with restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shoppe, laundry, Gym and a convenience store among other retail stores.
Bucerias Plaza is all cobble stone streets and is only a 10 minute walk were you can enjoy a variety of restaurants from taco stands to fine seafood beach front restaurants and plenty of artisan gift shoppes.
Puerto Vallarta is a 30 minute drive were plenty of shopping and night life is available.
The airport is 20 minute drive and Nuevo Vallarta, Marina Vallarta, Sam's Club, Walmart, McDonald's, Burger King, and all major chain restaurants are located.
