Master bedroom comes with Queen bead, Mini fridge with coffee maker, private bathroom, dressing room, TV and views to the swimming pool.

2dn bedroom has a Double bed TV/VHS closet and views to the mountains and ocean.

3rd bedroom has two extra long single beds and views to the mountains and ocean
Bedroom 2 and 3 has a share bathroom with shower.

Living room has 42" plasma TV stereo system, DVD,and VHS with 170 movies.
Dining area with with six chairs.
Upgraded kitchen cabinets with granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker.

Two more guest can be accommodated at $10.00 per person per night for a total of 8 maximum.

Terralta Los Amores has two swimming pools with palapa club house, from main club house there are awesome views of the mountains and ocean.
Security gate with 24/7 security. In the entrance to the community you will find a commercial strip with restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shoppe,laundry and a convenience store among other retail stores.

Bucerias Plaza is only a 10 minute walk were you can enjoy a variety of restaurants from taco stands to fine seafood beach front restaurants and plenty of artisan gift shoppes.

Puerto Vallarta is a 30 minute drive were plenty of shopping and night life is available.

You may pay all of the tariff rate in advance by credit card. Security deposit, payed in cash on arrival as this money will be refunded to you on day of check out after inventory is taken and nothing is missing or broken and the house must be reasonable clean.
