Private Heated pool: with waterfall in your own "tropical paradise", there’s no one directly behind you for added privacy as you lay back & relax. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, pool toys, floats, goggles, as well as a brand new easy start BBQ. No need to bring towels and sun-tan lotion.
Kitchen: New side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, extra larger deep sink, smooth glass top range, full size microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, everything you’d need with dining table seating up to 8 people.
Game room: comes with billiards table that flips over to an air hockey table. Dart board also available, children’s board games, Poker chips and cards.
Living room: has large TV, 70 cable channels, DVD player, DVD library movie collection for all ages and 1 game console which plays old time favorite video games from the early 80’s.
Laundry Room: has new full size washer and dryer with detergent included.
The Master bedroom: includes TV, DVD/VHS player, walk-in closet, soaker tub, shower, and separate "toilet room". Bathroom includes blow dryer & complimentary toiletries (except toothbrush).

SPORTS FANS: NASCAR - 25 min., Cardinals Stadium/Phoenix Coyotes - 30 min., Suns/Diamondbacks, 40 min., Spring Training - Cleveland Indians/Cincinnati Reds/Chicago White Sox/LA Dodgers 30-35 minutes.
GOLFERS: Raven Golf Course an award winning course in Buckeye just 17 minutes away. Use Verrado Exit off of I-10 in Buckeye. Sundance Golf Course just 10 minutes from home just off the main Watson exit in Buckeye. Estrella Golf Course about 19 minutes away to the east-southeast off Baseline Rd and Jackrabbit.
Verrado exit in Buckeye: Santa Barbara style community, has a bank, grocery store, drugstore, coffee shop (serves real Italian Café Affogato) and a wonderful real Italian pizzeria restaurant around the corner. The Raven Golf Club (Verrado Grille) has excellent atmosphere and food. Has huge outdoor seating area with lake & mountain views. Great place to just walk around.
Watson Exit in Buckeye: At the Watson exit you’ll find everything you need in Buckeye. Fast food, Real Food, Fry’s grocery store, Wal-Mart Super Store, banks, Hollywood Video, Walgreens, Low’s, etc.
Old Downtown Buckeye: Just 2 minutes from home on Baseline Rd (MC 85, old hwy 85). Here you’ll find old town Buckeye dating back to 1877 mixed with old and modern buildings, IGA grocery store, post office, fast food, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, Sonic burger drive-in, car wash, old bars and even a small community pool with water slide.
Recreation: White Tank mountains for hiking, Goodyear Flea Market (cotton lane exit off I-10), restaurants, sightseeing all within close proximity. Sedona & Prescott 2+ hrs, Grand Canyon 3.5 hrs, Tucson 2.0 hrs, Nogales Mexico, Rocky Point and Lake Havasu all within easy reach.

Home away from home

Walk in ready to start our vacation, house was clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area to enjoy those wonderful sunny days. Easy access to local shopping(thanks for the discount card) church,major highways (US10N&S) all within minutes from the house. Michael'ssuggestions on what and where to go with directions was much appreciated. Free wifi was a plus. Suggestion: Some sort of window treatment on kitchen windows, hard to watch TV due to reflection.

.The 4 bedroom house in Buckeye had everything you needed and more. It was clean and comfortable. It also has a privacy wall and beautiful landscaped salt water pool in the back yard. The Buckeye area has shopping, golfing and more close by. We would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful home. Michael & Claudia, thank you

Great Holiday

Our family came from Mn, WI, Md and Buckeye to gather at this great home for the Christmas Holiday and it worked out wonderfully. With multiple generations, the two stories separated sleepers from activities (Evening and Morning!) The home was very clean and well furnished with all the necessities of home (and more). The layout was open so no one felt left out of the activity even if they had KP duty! The weather cooperated so we were able to make good use of the pool (pool toys and beach towels provided!). The owners were very easy to work with and more than accommodating. We made use of the playgrounds within walking distance, golf course very near and had all the shopping for necessities close by. It was a wonderful time for all of us. Thank you.

Perfection

Pictures just don't do this home justice! From the moment we stepped through the front door, it felt like home. Which for us, it was home for the months of August and September while looking for a home of our own. Michael and Claudia have done a beautiful job of putting the perfect vacation home together. They have created an oasis in the back yard, a place we spent many hours, every morning for coffee and relaxing dinners in the evening. The pool is amazing, when out by the pool, you forget that there is anyone else around. Michael and Claudia have put together a wonderful booklet of things to do and places to go....they even helped in my quest to find a facility for my horse, which I should add, all the information was on the kitchen island when we arrived on August 1st. This home has everything, game table, darts, a kitchen any cook will love, a master suite to relax and unwind, as well as three other very nice bedrooms. Soft inviting sheets as well as thick plush bath towels. I have stayed in many vacation rentals, this one, makes the others pale in comparision. I am so thankful that I found this vacation rental. It was a perfect place to call home, while we looked for our own oasis, which Michael and Claudia assisted with as well.

We completely enjoyed the vacation home. Michael and Claudia provided that friendly personal touch with great communication and suggestions of things to do. The home was in perfect order and had all the conveniences to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was completely relaxing and the golfing in the area will definitely bring us back this way! We would most definitely recommend this vacation home for your Arizona stay!

Wonderful and spacious home! Clean and ready to feel like vacation! The salt water swimming pool allowed me to swim for the first time in years! Truely like swimming in silk! I most diffinately would come back, and happy to do so in the future! The kitchen allowed me to cook home cooked meals, entertain, and have comfortable sleep arraingements for the entire family.

My sisters and I enjoyed your beautiful home and all its amenities. We especially liked that we each had our own bedroom. The house was clean and the pool area was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book. We also enjoyed our morning walks through the neighborhood. The location was great for our many day excursions around the Phoenix area. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting the area.

WOW... My wife and I had a great time. The house was exceptional. Centrally located for site seeing and other activities. The pool was fantastic. Michael and Claudia had everything handled from directions and things to do. When ever we travel we always rent a house. This was the best place yet. Highly recommended! If we travel back to Phoenix next year I will be getting in contact with Michael and Claudia for another wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks in the house. It was clean, well kept, and the pool was fantastic--it made for a very relaxing vacation. In a good neighborhood, quiet and secure. The weather was sunny and warm every day. Thanks to Michael and Claudia for great personal service and communication before and during our stay. We have previously stayed in hotels while in Phoenix, but found this experience far more satisfying. I would certainly recommend staying here---and am planning to come back again next year.
