Description of the Budapest vacation apartment rental

A substantial, modern 1 double bedroom + 1 single bedroom + 1 big living room flat that has been completely renovated (central heating and wooden floors through, newly painted and decorated) is available any time for short (or longer) terms.

The flat is a very sunny 2nd floor flat (top-floor) with a
very large living room with TV/DVD-set with cable channels and satelits, (there is a sofa which can be opened for a double bed)Air conditioner with, ventilation and purification which provides exactly the room comfort you want, high speed internet available
a double bedroom (with a double bed and wall to wall wardrobe),
a small bedroom (with a single bed - suitable for one person only),
fully equipped modern kitchen (plates, cups, pots, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, iron & iron-board, hoover),
bathroom (with bath/shower over and toilet),hair dryer.

Bills and taxes are included in rent.
Duvet, pillows, bed sheets and covers and bath towel provided.

The flat is ideal for 2 people, but it can accommodate more.

Price for the whole flat (NO minimum stay)
45EUR/night for 1-2 people, all bills included
60EUR/night for 3-4 people, all bills included

The flat is situated in the diplomatic area of central Budapest. There is good transport links to every point of the city, and is close to tourist attractions.
Walking distance from the world heritage Andrassy Street, and Városliget (City Park) with a lake, where in winter the huge Ice Skate Rink gives you a fantastic active-relaxing possibility. You can also enjoy the waters at the Széchenyi Thermal Spa. But if you are interested in art, you can choose from two museums on the Hero ??s Square.

Three of us stayed in the Oct 6th Apt. and it was a wonderful space, great location. It was clean, warm spacious and quiet. It was very simple to rent, easy to arrive but it was hard to leave. Thank You Lords Apartment and Budapest!
