Description of the Budapest vacation apartment rental
Perfect for a couple or 2 singles. Front of the house enjoy the view of the river Danube, Gellert Hill, the Citadel and on your right you see Elisabeth bridge and behind it the Castle. A rare and desirable location in the inner downtown. The studio sleeps 2 people and it is on the fourth floor (with elevator). Within walking distance to main tourist attractions, nightlife, shopping, bars and restaurants.
October - March 300 euros per week, 50 euros per night
April - Sept 380 euros per week, 60 euros per night.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Price negotiable for 3rd and 4th person. Can also be negotiated for longer stays.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious and bright studio apartment beautifully furnished in white and yellow. There is a single bed, a comfortable sofa which can sleep 2 and a raised split-level with king-sized sleeping area. There are 2 bedside shelves, a floor lamp and a table lamp, built-in closet with full length mirror. The room also has a wall-mounted cable TV, a large table with 4 chairs, an armchair and a table lamp. There is a unique oversize window facing the courtyard, thus ensuring wonderful sunshine into the apartment. Kitchen and living room are divided by high glass-wall. Original art on walls. Lots of built-in space to put things away.
En suite bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washbasin and mirror, towel rail, water heater and washer.
Bathroom has big window to allow fresh air in bathroom.
Beautiful cherry wood kitchen with white worktop and granite floor. Fitted with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea pot, table-ware and cooking utensils, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is fully cleaned and serviced before arrival. Towels and bed linen are provided. The price includes all costs i.e. electricity and gas. There are no hidden additional costs.
20% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance in cash to be paid on arrival to owner. When booking confirmed, you will also receive an email attachment with full information on all you need to know regarding apartment and keys.
The busy downtown area is just outside the door, but as you step into the foyer of the 100 year-old riverfront house, wonderful silence awaits you. A well-deserved relaxing time is guaranteed after getting to know the town, day and night.
The apartment is in the inner downtown of Budapest, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. 24/7 food store just around the corner, Market Hall 5 minutes walk through the new pedestrian street of downtown, bars and restaurants all around the block. International Boat Harbour 200 mt. away, Danube promenade 50 mt. away. Cinema, theater, hotels are all within walking distance. Public transport in front of the house.

Enjoy the quiet but cheerful apartment right in the middle of downtown. Outside your front door is the Danube where you can take a walk or hop on a tour boat day and night. Across the road from your front door is the Number 2 tram. This tram takes you from one end of the downtown to the other, as it runs along the Danube, passing by the National Academy, the Parliament, the hotel promenade and the downtown Market Hall. The famous Vaci Utca main shopping and pedestrian street is just 100 meters away. 24 hour shop around the corner on Iranyi street. Numerous restaurants (Hungarian, Greek, Italian) pubs, clubs in neighborhood.

We arrived in Budapest with the landlord waiting for us at the door to welcome us and show us the apartment. Prior to arriving though, the landlord was very helpful by providing us with substantial information on Budapest which we used throughout our stay.
The Apartment itself was great, everything you need in a self sustained flat, very well looked after and in excellent condition.
The location of the apartment was perfect. Central, and close to all the key sites within the city. There is a tourist information centre next door which is also very handy.
The landlord was contactable for any concerns or queries that we had and were very nice and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment and there is no question that this is apartment is my first choice next time i'm in Budapest! 10/10
"Riverside studio apartment in Budapest"
I stayed at the studio apartment at Belgrad rakpart in downtown Budapest right near the Elizabeth bridge for a week in mid-May this year. The manager, Kati, was there to meet me as promised and explained to me how everything in the apartment works. Amenities are a little different in Europe than the States! The place was spacious for one person and would be just as comfortable for two. The studio apartment layout was thoughtfully extended with a split-level king-size bed neatly tucked into the left corner of the place. The online picture really doesn´t do it justice. There´s another queen-size right under it and a comfy sofa. The best part is there´s enough storage space and closets to open a boutique! The door to the apartment is about half a foot thick and is insulated with leather-clad padding! Apparently rather common over there. I saw one once at a friend´s place when I was last over there a few years ago. Conveys a reassuring sense of security, anyway. I ate lunch and/or dinner out, so I didn`t need the fully-equipped kitchen, which was just as spotlessly-clean and well-thought out as the rest of the place. Feels like home-very inviting. Kati left me her daughter´s number and e-mail in case I needed anything. I did call once to ask about the location of a restaurant. Her English is flawless- very helpful. The best thing about the place is its location. Right on the river, just across from the main tram line that goes along the Pest side of the Danube. Two streets behind the building is Vaci utca, the main shopping street in town. The best thing about aprtment tourism is being able to come and go as you please. Combine that with the first-class location and the place is hard to beat for the price. In general, prices have sure gone up in Budapest since I was last there, but the further out of downtown you go, the more the prices drop- another advantage of being just a few steps away from the main public transport network in town.I´ll be back.
