Description of the Budapest vacation apartment rental
Very large, elegant, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gentry apartment in the heart of city centre pedestrian zone. A paradise for up to 8 people.
The apartment will be ready for letting on Friday August 29th, 09. No deposit is requested until potential guests have viewed photographs of the finished apartment. Those photographs are not yet ready. However reservations can be made now, without deposit for anytime after August 29th 09.
In a building on the corner of the famous Vaci Utca and Haris Koz, in the very heart of the city centre pedestrianized zone is this very large (145 m2) elegant, classic and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gentry apartment.
Enjoy the serene peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful apartment with its very high ceilings, large windows and beautifully restored wood block floors.
The apartment is situated on the first floor (with lift) in the quieter side street of Haris Koz.
Only 150 meters from the subway.
ACCOMMODATION
Living-room has large banquet table and 6 chairs, 2 large sofas, (one a sofa bed) Coffee table. Ornamental standing lamp.
Main bedroom has master bed, large wardrope, dressing-table, mirror, hair dryer, bedside chests of drawers, bedside lamps. 2 large comfortable chairs, large coffee table.
First single bedroom has comfortable single bed, wardrope, chest of drawers, bedside lamp, mirror.
Second single bedroom has comfortable single bed, wardrope, chest of drawers, bedside lamp, mirror.
Television room has large t.v. dvd player, double sofa bed. Television cabinet. Guests sleeping in this room have an en suite bathroom.
Kitchen has dining table and 6 chairs. Fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, gas cooker with electric oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing-board, full kitchen utensils.
2 full bathrooms, one with bath and the 2nd with shower. There is also a 3rd separate toilet and washbasin.
