You can enjoy the large spaces and also the garden and the famous tourist places nearby, very close to our house.
The house was renewed in this summer. The master bathroom is in one area with the bedroom. The whole family can enjoy the double sized jacussi, where you can see the Rose Hill panorama from during your bath. And you can enjoy also this view from the king sized, automatic, modern bed.
The kitchen is a hypermodern one in one space with the large dining area. There is also a dining area on the terrace, next to the kitchen.The whole house is comfortable,practical and calm.
This property is also ideal if you want to spend some time recovering from every day work, or the ideal place to create new ideas for your next projects, or just have the great feeling of working from home.

The house is on Szabadság Hill, but only 15 minutes far by car from the downtown, but eventhough it is out of the smog, out of the noisy, crowded city. It is a diplomat, safety area. The property prices are in the highest prices category in Hungary in this area.
