Description of the Budoni vacation apartment rental
Very attractive, modern, bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment of excellent standard. Private balcony with sea views and garden area with private patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Double bedroom with french doors to private balcony, or airy sleeping gallery with double bed. Lounge/dining area with comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV (BBC World & CNN), modern well equipped kitchen area & dining table. French doors lead to the covered patio & outdoor dining area and the well kept gardens with panorama sea view point. The swimming pool has a childrens swimming area and there is fencing around the pool. Just a 5 - 10 min stroll to the nearest sandy beach with crystal clear blue water and about 20 min walk to the charming village of Tanaunella, which has a small but excellent selection of restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy.
Delightful Swimming Pool (shared) with children’s pool & sun beds , open approx. Beginning/Mid June to End Sept according to weather conditions. (Children must be supervised at all times by an adult swimmer). Small charge for final cleaning and services (circa £30 for 2 adults) Rental cost is per day, no fixed change-over day or min/max durations, ideal to mix with low cost ryanair/easyjet flights.
