Blocks from the American Embassy, the area has its restaurants and bars, both classic and new. Three blocks from the enormous park Bosques de Palermo, from the Botanical Gardens, from the Zoo; two blocks from Jumbo and Easy, the hypermarket and shopping mall.

Excellent transportation (3 blocks from subway: D line, Palermo), from innumerable buslines (on Avenida Santa Fe and on Avenida Libertador).
