Description of the Buenos Aires vacation apartment rental

Located in the neighborhood of Botánico in Palermo, one of the best and liveliest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, beautiful recently renovated, fully furnished and fully equipped sunny 1 BR apartment for up to four people:

The apartment is on the 4th floor (3 elevators in building), very quiet and very bright with sun. Living room has a sofa bed (folds out to a double bed) as well as a work desk. Bedroom has a queen size bed and built-in wardrobes. Dining area with a table is integrated with the kitchen. Full kitchen equipped with all the appliances. The bathroom is complete with shower, a full bathtub as well as bidetmatic.

Building has elevator. 24 hour security in front of the building.

Situated a block and a half away from the Botanical gardens, the area is full of restaurants and bars, both classic and modern. Only a few blocks from the enormous park Bosques de Palermo (for biking, running, golf, boats, free concerts, etc.). A couple of blocks away from Palermo Viejo that has an active nightlife and weekend artisan's fairs. Supermarket is a block and a half away for easy shopping. Laundromat and pharmacy are within a block.

The apartment has outstanding transportation: 3 blocks from subway D line, (Est. Scalabrini Ortiz), and on the route of innumerable bus lines.

Really only suitable for 3 adults. Very well equipted in a very nice neighborhood. transportation a breeze on subway or busses for a peso. Landlord is very nice and helpful. Laundry, grocery, internet steps away. T-bone restaurant 1 block w, melt in your mouth steaks. Efficient bldg w/ adequate security.  more...
