Description of the Buenos Aires vacation apartment rental

The apartment at Charcas St. is a very nice studio in a brand new building that has been warmly decorated to make you feel at home.
It is exceptionally located in the residential neighborhood of Recoleta, only a few blocks away from the famous Guadalupe's Cathedral and Charcas Boulevard. This last spot is famous for proposing of a wide selection of bars, restaurants and a pedestrian area to stroll along in the evenings.
The subway stop is two blocks away and will allow you to get you downtown in less than 10 minutes. However if shopping is what you like doing, your are just ten minutes away by foot from the Alto Palermo Shopping Mall amongst many other shops, movie theaters, supermarkets and restaurants.
Up to two adults and one minor can sleep in the apartment since there is a queen size bed, a sofa bed and a nice white curtain dividing both spaces to respect privacy. Floors are hardwood and there is a large window that welcomes sunlight throughout the day. There is also a small balcony with a table and chairs that overlooks the swimming pool making it a perfect spot to relax in the evenings.

Area Description

The apartment is less than half a mile away from Guadalupe's Cathedral and famous Charcas Boulevard where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and a pedestrian area to stroll along in the lovely evenings.
Less than a quarter of a mile from Santa Fe Avenue, you can jump in the subway and travel downtown to the business area in less than 10 minutes.
If shopping is what you like doing, then just ten minutes away by foot you will find the Alto Palermo Shopping Mall among with many other shops, movie theaters, supermarkets and restaurants.
