Description of the Bullhead City vacation condo rental

Two bedroom end-unit condo with mountain views. Next to the river walk. Perfect for the active snow bird. Condo has an open floor plan and a one-car garage. Close to everything in town and just steps to the river.

This is not a party house, but rather our family's summer weekend get-away. We are looking for winter renters who will call this condo their home for 3-6 months during the winter. $1100 for months 1-3, and $900 for months 4-6

This is a two-story condo. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the home for you. Unfortunately, the condo is not pet friendly, I am allergic to both cats and dogs.

Area Information

Condo Located in the Chaparral Terrace community of Bullhead City. Near the Chaparral Country Club. Located across from Rotary Park and the River Walk. Rotary Park has many activities including a model airplane runway. Watch the Remote Control airplanes fly from the living room window. Go for a morning walk along the Colorado River Walk. Feel safe because there is a police station located in Rotary Park.

A:There is a beach about 100 yards in front of the condo. It is a little rocky though. There is a sandy beach with shade next to the boat ramp located in the park next to the condo

A:There is a Walmart about 1 mile away on Hwy 95.
