Description of the Bullhead City vacation home rental

Winter? Imagine having a sitting outside and having a barbecue in winter. Watch an Arizona sunset from the large patio with a spectacular view. This is a beautiful and immaculate home that is fully furnished with an attached 2 car garage. It is located in Chapparal Terrace and includes use of clubhouse pool/jacuzzi, weight room. There is a new washer/dryer, stove,refrigerator, a/c, furnace, carpet, tile, countertops, paint, vinyl windows, etc. There is also a water softner and reverse osmosis drinking water. Unlimited long distance and DSL internet. Cable TV in Living room and bedroom. Master bath has 2 sinks and his and her closets. Every room is a "view room". Master bedroom has a sliding door to patio. There is also a breakfast nook that shares the view. Roadrunners and quail are often visitors. Large patio with barbecue.

Home is centrally located. It is 1/2 mile from the Colorado River and a motorized and non-motorized launch. Shopping is 2 miles and college 3 miles. Bullhead City is known for water sports....boating, wave running, kayaking and just swimming. Laughlin and casinos is just across the river and 20 minutes away. Las Vegas is 1 1/2 hours drive. Grand Canyon, LA, Phoenix, Major lakes are hours away?. There are an abundant amount of off road trails and hiking.

I rented this for a weekend get away and was extremely pleased. The home is immaculate with a great patio, view and barbecue. Everything is provided, even beach towels. I had my 4 year old son with me and the owner put a "Spiderman" comforter on the bed in the room he used. The pool we could use was clean and close by. For the price you get a great deal, you only need your clothes and toothbrush

we rented this home at the last minute and were very pleased. It is clean and has everything you would need. The sunset was awsome. We had our baby with us and the owner "baby proofed" the home for us. We will rent again.
