Description of the Bullhead City vacation home rental

This beautiful new home lies in the Fox Creek Community just
off the Parkway. A short drive to Laughlin and the Colorado River,
you're also only minutes away from the dazzling new Laughlin Ranch
Golf Course, Spa and Restaurant.

Designed and decorated to underscore easy-care desert living,
there's a backcountry view from the back yard, and lots of open
space. Home is two bedroom, two bath. Central air keeps the house
comfortable, and the kitchen includes all new appliances including a
refrigerator with purified water ice maker.

Master bedroom is tastefully furnished, and features a large
bathroom area that includes a walk-in closet. Second room functions
as either another bedroom or office/den, and has a portable TV/VCR
for your use.

Living room includes a stereo system and brand new, 24" TV with DISH
Network service. Master bedroom boasts a brand new 20" TV also with
DISH service.

Everything's provided including linens, towels, kitchen utensils,
flatware, cookware and crockery. There's even an ironing board and
iron.

Additionally, access to a health club and two heated swimming pools
at a local hotel is available for your use if desire. (Inquire for
details.)

This house is not a party house, and is strictly non-smoking.
