Large 70" HDTV with Directv DVR and 100s of DVDs.
WI-FI wireless internet.
Extra large kitchen well stocked with all the essentials two (2) full sized refrigerators and reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system.
Commercial Ice Machine in the garage makes up to 150 Lbs of ice per day.
Easy access to the Colorado, boat up to the casinos and Davis dam or take a ride down to the London Bridge in Lake Havasu.
Guest house available for larger groups.

This house has plenty of leg room and is perfect for a large family with kids. There is no current on the water, which makes it safe for swimming or just floating! There are tons of fish if you enjoy fishing. This is the second time our family has stayed there, but it won't be the last. The owner is very accommodating.

We stayed for three days with 2 other families and we had an awesome time. More than enough room and everyone slept comfortable. The owner was very accomadating to a few issue we had and very responsive. I recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing Riverfront Home

This is a great house!!! The views are amazing, couldn't get any better then this. Even when the sun goes down there is still plenty to do. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked with all the amenitites you need. We had 12 people come along with us and we never felt too close this house is so big, with such a great layout we never felt cramped. Having the river in your backyard is spectacular! Love this House and greatly enjoyed our time here, will definitely be back next year!

We absolutely loved this place. We stayed at the house for 5 days and it was more than we could have ever imagined. There were 6 of us and we never had to worry about getting in each other's way but also felt close enough to enjoy each other as well. We were able to leave the boat in the garage at night and left the jet ski at the dock. This was our first "family" vacation together and we will certainly do it again. Homes like these make you realize what is really important in life, relationships! Thank you John for providing your residence to make us see that! (Misters on the patio might have been the perfect cap to an absolutely perfect week) It was steamy! But the AC worked wonders! Beautiful sunsets and a couple of shooting stars for a fabulous week.

The view speaks for its self.... Nothing better then waking up early in the morning, make a fresh cup of coffee and relax while you overlook the river. The home was amazing. The open floor plan gave the kids pleanty of room to have fun while the adults enjoyed the patio and of course the river. Highly recommend the house.

The first time I stayed at the river house was in 2010, I was amazed with the view of the river from the backyard. The house is very organized and neat, it is filled with everthing needed for an accomidating stay. Aside from all the essentials the house has a bunch of movies for a day of relaxing from the river. I enjoyed the house so much I rented again this year, once again the house was perfect for the weekend, I would recommend this house to anyone.

We stayed in this waterfront home for 10 weeks, from mid November 2010 through end of January 2011. The home was very comfortable and location right on the water was just great. Also the neighborhood location was convenient and the neighbors we met were very friendly. The owners are accomodating and provided us with all the essentials. We would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone wishing to stay in the Bullhead City area.
