We came to BHC for six months and ended up staying for a year and half. Found this house on the internet and signed a lease without ever seeing it. The house was exactly like the pictures on the internet, with everything furnished. It is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and at the same time allows privacy. We were very fortunate to find Carol with 1st Place Property Managment. She has been wonderful to work with. Just can't stress how totally happy we have been at Soaring Eagle Dr and completely satisfied with Carol and the way she runs the management company.
