It is the perfect place to take a daily walk from the house or even enjoy an extended walk to the local public park,and take advantage of the paved trails along the river.

This centrally located home is within minutes of five 18 hole golf courses: Desert Lakes, Los Lagos, Mohave Resort (Avi), El Rio & Laughlin Ranch.It is less than 15 minutes from the Avi Casino and the Laughlin Casinos. Scooters Family Fun Center featuring minature golf, batting cages, go karts, arcade games and pizza is 2 miles away. The new Target/Kohl's shopping center(less than 5 miles away) and the super Wal-Mart(2 miles away) are all very close.

There is a public park with a skate park, beach and walking trails only minites from the house.
