Home is located in the foothills above Glenoaks in the Verdugo Mountains in a beautiful upscale neighborhood and offers a comfortable slice of heaven. In-Ground Pool & Spa, 2 Fireplaces-Upstairs/Downstairs; Central Heat; 2 Air-conditioning units-Upstairs/Downstairs; DSL/Wireless, DirecTV with seasonal NFL Package included. Bamboo Floors throughout the home add elegance and visual interest. Full Professional Stainless Steel Kitchen, Master Bedroom Suite and Master Bathroom are a total joy and one-of-a-kind.

Owners may be in rear of property in a separate building, separate entrance/exit and separate lives with friendly dog named "Ears." The pool and jacuzzi are in proximity to owner's guesthouse. There are no restrictions for pool use. The kids are expected to have fun.

Your Child(ren)** and/or Dog are welcome. We enjoy them both. Parking in carport or on a safe street or in carport. Guests have no restrictions to any area of property. 2520Sq.Ft. Main House, 800Sq.Ft. Poolhouse, 6700Sq.ft. Garden areas and pool.

1st Floor: Full Professional Stainless Kitchen with Elite Refrigerator, 48" Thermador Double Oven, 4-Burner, Grill, Griddle & 60" Stainless Hood; 2-Drawer Dishwasher, Granite Countertops & Bar, Bamboo Floors throughout home, Microwave, All Cooking Utensils. Everything for the exotic and gourmet chef, but also a happy kitchen for a bowl of cereal and cup of coffee. Grandroom has 2-way fireplace (gas/wood) with Dining and Family areas; Library area; 1 King Bedroom; 1 beautiful full Zen Bathroom--great place for contemplation; Wood sliders off Grandroom leading to back yard garden where gates are high enough for your dog not to escape if you're bringing one. Outside charcoal BBQ, Pool and Spa are available to you. Mom/Dad Note: Pool and Spa are not safety gated so if your littlest ones can open a door and waddle out to the pool area, it's an experience neither of us would want, so please know your child's abilities or limitations.

2nd Floor: Magnificent views from every double paned wondow or door, from deck to balcony. You'll love having the HE3 Washer/Dryer upstairs for your convenience also.

Master Bedroom Suite: Tropical in Design/Decor. Ignition Ambiance Fireplace; 31" Sony XBR-Wega HDTV (mounted); Small Kitchen in Foyer with Bar Sink/Disposal, Refrig, Coffee Maker, Dishes; French Doors open to the balcony overlooking the backyard, pool and Hollywood Hills. It's Mediterranean in style and amazing for sunrises, newspaper and cup of hot coffee.

Master Bathroom: 14x14' of Glass and Tile. Within that room is a 10x10' Steamroom, Deep Tub Spa, 2 Showerheads, 1 Handheld. It's so big we call it the conference room. The view from the large ventilated windows is towards the Hollywood Hills and Universal City. Breathtaking and elegant.

Master Closet: Walk around the closet from the Master Bedroom and end up in the 3rd Bedroom/Office. Plenty of drawers, places to hang everything, Built-in Shoe Rack, and 2 20-pant racks.

3rd Office/Bedroom: This room does not have its own bathroom, but talk about views! It has always been a great office. Walk out a glass door and you're on a balcony to the front of the house on the 2nd story. It's a beautiful sunroom with airy curtains, couch, chair and privacy. Sunsets and quiet chats are no stranger to this room. Note: If more than 4 persons are being inquired about, we can discuss the 3rd Bedroom/Office availability.

No Smoking in this Home... 15 Yard Penalty! Outside on balconies or gardens is fine. Ashtrays outside provided.

If reserving within 30 days of occupancy, full payment required. Cancellation Policy: Because this books in advance, your dates are taken off all calendars and potential guests turned away. 50% of entire amount is charged upon receipt of cc info and is non-refundable up to 30 days prior to occupancy; 100% is non-refundable within 30 days of occupancy
Other Fees: $300 Per Night - 3 Night Minimum - Limit of 6 Persons $500 Per Night - Over 6 Persons $500 Per Night - Under 3 Night Minimum $500 Per Night/Day - Entertaining over 6 person limit. $150 Housekeeping Fee. Add $25/Week for your Dog; Add $250 Dog Cleaning refundable Fee; $250 Per Person Refundable Security Deposit. Security Deposits happily refunded within 3 days after your departure if nothing is broken, stained, burned, chewed, etc, and everything in the same condition as when you arrived.

Great house, great location, great hosts! This house has everything you need and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Burbank home! There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance and all the expressways are within a short distance too. This is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day in LA.

What a beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. A wonderful "home away from home". Everything you could ever need was in the house. The pool and garden area were beautiful. We were able to fully relax and take in all of the sights of LA and truly experience California living. Patti and Mark were awesome hosts. Thanks so much to them for sharing this wonderful home.
