X-C skiing, biking and hiking trails right out the door connect to Kingdom Trails branch that runs through our property. Offers complete privacy, yet just minutes from East Burke Village for fine dining, shopping and recreation. Easy access off I-91 makes a quick 2-3 hour drive from Boston or Montreal.

Sunny, bright, tastefully decorated, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, second floor loft with fold out couch, entertainment system, cathedral ceilings, pine floors and beams, jacuzzi bath tub, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, sun-room, wrap around front deck, covered back porch and second floor balcony, all surrounded by forests, farms and fields with a picture perfect view of Burke Mountain. A great place for year round fun, a sense of adventure and total relaxation. High speed wireless internet and internet TV with unlimited streaming of Netlfix and Pandora, BluRay / DVD players with small on-site movie library.

Maple Room - downstairs has one king or two twin beds with large bay window, sitting area, Internet TV with BluRay/DVD Player and private ensuite bath.

Poplar Room - downstairs has a pop-up trundle bed unit for one or two twin beds, bay window, Internet TV with BluRay/DVD player and shares a bathroom.

Spruce Room - upstairs has queen bed, french doors and private balcony with bathroom immediately adjacent.

$1750 per week (one week minimum) all inclusive of taxes, cleaning fees and utilities.

$1500 per week, (one week minimum) all inclusive of taxes, cleaning fees and utilities.

- EARLY WINTER RATES -
December 1st 2013 through December 19th 2013:
$1500 per week, all inclusive of taxes, cleaning fees and utilities.

- WINTER RATES -
January 6th 2013 through April 14th 2014:
$1750 per week (one week minimum) or $3000 per month, all inclusive of taxes, cleaning fees and utilities. Discounted rates for Winter Season Rental listed below.

- CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS HOLIDAY RATES -
December 20th 2013 through January 5th 2014:
$2250 per week, 1 week minimum, all inclusive of taxes, cleaning fees and utilities.

-WINTER SEASON OPTIONS -
** Full Season; December 15th 2013- April 15th 2014, 2 (4 months and includes Christmas Holidays and Spring Break) $10000 includes utilities.
** Short Season; January 5th 2014 - April 5th 2014 (3 months and includes Spring Break) $8000 includes utilities.

- HOLIDAY RATES -

$2250 per week, one week minimum, all inclusive of taxes, cleaning fees and utilities;


RENTAL HOME POLICIES:

We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to insurance coverage restrictions, health and safety concerns, and cleaning issues:
a. Pets of any kind are NOT permitted.
b. Smoking is NOT allowed ANYWHERE in the house or on the property.
c. Automobiles, Snowmobiles, ATVs, Motorcycles and other Motorized vehicles, are NOT allowed anywhere on the property EXCEPT in the designated driveway and parking area.
d. Hunting, trapping and shooting are NOT allowed anywhere on the property during any season.
e. Fires are restricted to indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ unit ONLY.
f. Security Deposit required; fully refundable per Rental Agreement Terms for Vacation Rentals ONLY.
